Shipping Policy – Hovela Home

When will my order be processed?

Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of the order date and ship the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping service and your delivery location.

Free Shipping Across the United States

We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and service availability. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package using the “Track Order” button on our website or directly on the carrier’s website.

IMPORTANT

  • Home deliveries: If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave it in a safe location, attempt delivery again, or leave a notice, depending on their policies. If you receive a notice, follow the instructions on it to reschedule delivery or pick up your package at the designated carrier location within the specified timeframe.
  • Unclaimed packages: If a package is not picked up within the carrier’s holding period, it will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again in order to have the order re-shipped.
  • Delivery times: Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to carrier logistics, weather, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Shipping address: Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is correct and complete, including apartment or unit number and ZIP code. Hovela Home is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Returned orders: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping, without exception.
